• The Synmosa Biopharma Group Hormone Plant was established in May 2011, certified with PIC/S GMP compliance. The first specialized hormone plant in Taiwan, Synmosa applied unique designs (independent and close systems) to prevent cross-contamination between products.
• High environmental and operator protection standards are employed inside the plant. The production area maintains negative pressure relative to the ambient environment, utilizes Bag In / Bag Out high efficiency filtration system (HEPA) for the Cleanroom exhaust system, and implements strict de-dusting secondary gowning and showering procedures for working personnel. Environmental protection and operator safety is of upmost importance to Synmosa.
• Productivity, quality, and competitiveness are consistently increased not only through the application of our innovative core technology, but also through recruiting and cultivating first-class talents for R&D, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
• The hormone products are divided into Estrogen and Progesterone. To prevent cross-contamination during production, products containing Estrogen and Non-Estrogen are produced in separated time frame.
